Graduate Plus is a recruitment solution for clients wishing to recruit at entry level or junior levels in advertising, marketing and PR. 

Graduate Plus from Elizabeth Snell offers you:  

A short list of up to four candidates for each graduate or entry level position, each having been competency based interviewed against key criteria.

Full recruitment support including interviewing, CV presentation, feedback and interview arrangements.

Negotiation and confirmation of salary and benefits once offer stage is reached. 

Extra parts of the programme can include:

Mentor Training for your assigned mentor.

Two Talking Heads training courses for each candidate on the Graduate Plus programme (see www.talkingheadsuk.co.uk for more information)

Appraisal and Personal Development Programmes for the successful recruit and training for your mentor on how to conduct appraisals.

Visits from your assigned Elizabeth Snell Consultant to assist with appraisals, further training, development areas.

Unlimited phone and email support from your Elizabeth Snell Consultant on any issues or for advice relating to the new recruit during their first year.

The scheme is totally flexible, so can be adapted to suit individual requirements and situations. 

Our aim is genuinely to help maintain and raise the standards of those entering the professions of marketing and PR. We can also offer a similar scheme for more senior people..
